Downloading or using WaveLatch means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The license
WaveLatch is licensed for your use, not sold as ownership of the software. A Solo license activates on one device; a Studio license on up to three. It is a one-time purchase: no further payment or subscription renewal is required.
Free trial
You get 14 days of full-feature access, free, with no credit card required.
Moving to a new device
To move your license to a new device, write to [email protected] and we'll help, subject to reasonable use.
Price and payment
The price is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Hebrew-language pages show prices in Israeli shekels (VAT included); every other language shows US dollars.
Refund policy
All sales are final; there are no refunds after purchase. Use the 14-day free trial to make sure WaveLatch fits your workflow before you buy.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer the software, circumvent the license system, or resell or share license keys. The license is personal to the buyer.
Intellectual property
WaveLatch, its logo, and its brand belong to Maayan Israel. Buying a license does not give you ownership of the software, only the right to use it.
Your content
Your files, projects, and the sequences you create remain entirely yours. WaveLatch processes them locally on your machine and claims no rights over them.
Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will suit every purpose or run without errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your license, and we are not liable for indirect damages.
Ending a license
We may revoke a license if these terms are breached, for example by abusing the licensing system.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffo have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change. Continuing to use the product after an update means you accept the new text.
